TFSC provides a wide range of services and programmes for the community.
Individuals who call, walk-in, write/email their queries on personal, financial, emotional or family-related issues are linked to the relevant community resources and financial providers.
They may be referred to schools, hosiptals, grassroots organizations, police, MCYS or self-help groups, based on their needs.
TFSC addresses the needs of individuals or families in crisis through casework and counselling. Through partnership with various agencies and support groups, individuals and families are assisted for:

44th Street Children's Club
Set up to promote the welfare of children residing in Tampines and Simei. It will also function as a Drop-In centre where children can socialise in a safe place, use the library, play games and experience new acitivies. Tuition is free for students from low-income families.
Programmes and activities include workshops, group work, school holiday camps, excursions, tuition as well as special interest classes to develop their social, physical, emotional and intellectual skills.
For children between ages of 7-12 years (Primary 1-6).
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday. 2pm-5pm.
Working WIth Youth

School Based Social Work
We provide youth outreach through counselling, groupwork sessions, assembly talks and Drop-In centre for students.
School holiday programmes include recreational activities such as social outings and personal development skills.
Guidance Programme
TFSC, together with the police arranges counselling sessions for first-time youth offenders between the ages of 13-19 years old. The youths and their parents have to attend counselling, group work, community services, camps and family day acitivies. |
