Enhanced Information and Referral Services (EIRS)
EIRS ensures that if you call, walk-in, write / email your queries on any personal, financial, emotional or family-related issues, you will be attended to in a coordinated and systematic manner that provides the most appropriate response and intervention to address your needs. You may be referred to schools, hospital, grassroots organisations, police, MCYS or self-help groups, based on your needs.
Casework and Counselling

TFSC addresses the needs of individuals or families in crisis through casework and counselling. Through partnership with various agencies and support groups, individuals and families are assisted for:
- Marital Issues
- Behavioural/Emotional Issues
- Family Violence
- Financial Assistance
- Interpersonal Issues
- Mandatory Counselling
- Parenting Issues
- Mental Health Issues
Working With Families
TFSC conducts programmes and acitivities to strengthen family bonding. For couples and individuals, we provide:
- Marriage Preparation Workshop
- Support Group for STEP Families
- Parenting Programmes
- Employee Wellness Programmes
Working With Children

44th Street Children's Club
Set up to promote the welfare of children residing in Tampines and Simei, the club provides a fun place for kids to socialise, use the library, play games and experience new activities. Tuition is available for students from low-income families.
Programmes and activities include workshops, group work, school holiday camps, excursions, tuition as well as special interest classes to develop their social, physical, emotional and intellectual skills.
For children between ages of 7-12 years (Primary 1-6).
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday. 2pm-5pm.
Working With Youth
Guidance Programme
TFSC, together with the police arranges counselling sessions for first-time youth offenders between the ages of 13-19 years old. The youths and their parents have to attend counselling, group work, community services, camps and family day activities.
