TFSC is committed to journey with families, youth and children by providing integrated social services that enhance life skills in individuals for home, school, work and community life.

Tampines Family Service Centre (TFSC) is a neighbourhood-based social service agency operated by the Methodist Welfare Services and supported by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) and the National Council of Social Services (NCSS).

Opened in 1992, TFSC provides a continuous spectrum of services and programmes to meet the needs of the community living in Tampines and Simei. Its preventive, developmental and remedial programmes cater to individuals and families at different life stages. Together with grassroots organisations and other social service organisations, TFSC endeavours to mobilise and ensure the availability of resources for the community.
